Join us at The Fat Radish on Tuesday, December 5 for our annual Heritage dinner with our dear friends Cesare Casella and Patrick Martins.

The evening will begin at 7PM with cocktails by Victoria Canty and hand-sliced Proscuitto by Casella.  We'll then have a family-style dinner, each of the four courses paired with wine.  Some of the menu highlights include Shannon Creek Goat Tartare and Piedmontese rib eye. 

Heritage Foods is an online butchery that works with local farms and heritage breeds of livestock. They've been an invaluable partner of ours for years, helping in our efforts towards sustainability and quality.
